In some of Jesus’ final words to His disciples, he said, “You will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and the ends of the earth.” This was a challenging statement because Jesus was calling his followers to go – not just to those they knew and felt comfortable with – but to people and places that they otherwise might not have considered. Because without Jesus, there is no hope.
