The desire of our Women’s Ministry is to evangelize, encourage, and equip women to know our identity is in Christ and to make Him known in their homes, church, community, and world. We do this by cultivating our minds through study of God’s Word, extending our hearts in fellowship and mentoring relationships with one another, and opening our hands in service to others.
Whatever your season in life, our Women’s Ministry offers a variety of opportunities and events for women to glorify God, study His word, grow in Christ’s likeness, come together in prayer, serve each other during times of need, and reach out in Christian love to the community.
Fall Bible Studies
Tuesday Mornings from 9:30am - 11:30am at Grace.
Tuesday Evenings from 7:00pm - 9:00 pm at the home of Nancy Bond.
Both of these groups are studying the book of James using a book entitled The Epistle of James: Responding to Grace by George Robertson and Mary Beth McGreevy. You will need to purchase a study book ($10) and be prepared for a weekly discussion of the lesson. It's amazing what can be accomplished over a cup of coffee when women get together!
Thursday Mornings from 9:30am - 11:30am at Grace.
This Bible study is part of Community Bible Study (CBS). CBS is a place where women of varied backgrounds come together to study the Bible. There is a time of worship, prayer, discussion, and lecture each week. This year, they are studying the book of Mark. The cost is $35 per person + $10 for each child registered. (Your children have their own study book and discuss their lessons with a qualified, trained teacher.) For more information, or if you would like to join this group, please visit their website.
